Using an Everbook as a Bullet Journal
I’ve been an avid user of the Bullet Journal Metho for nine years now. I still think it’s the best method out there for organizing and tracking my personal and work projects.
That said, I don’t always love trying to cram everything into a single notebook. The system itself is incredibly flexible, but sometimes I feel the notebook creates friciton. For instance, bigger projects tend to extend over multiple “spreads” in the notebook, and those spreads will be littered all over the place. For me it’s awkward having to flip back and forth when I need to lookup project notes and details.
To help with that friction, I keep most of my projects in an Everbook. The “bundle” cocnept feels like a more natural way to keep project infromation together in a single place. However, having my journal and projects split between two different places creates its own friction. I’m curious to see if I could implement the full Bullet Journal experience inside of my Everbook. I plan to answer that question in the fourth quarter of this year.
In the interim I’ll be figuring out how to implement the main Bullet Journal spreads.
