BizTalk 2006 Documentation Needs Help

A simple observation. I give Microsoft credit for improving the
installation and tools for BizTalk 2006. However, the documentation
leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been trying to use a custom .NET
assembly with the Business Rules Engine without much luck. In order to
use an assembly with the BRE, first you need to reference the assembly
in the orchestration project. Next, you need to create a variable for
each class in the assembly that you want to use. Finally, pass the
variables to the BRE by declaring them as parameters to the Call Rules
widget.

It sure would have been nice to have that information in the
documentation that ships with BizTalk, but I had to track it down
through one of the BizTalk 2006 virtual labs.
